Last week I had one of those days where I had my organising head on. The first job to be tackled was my Make-up collection! To be fair it wasn’t in total chaos but I had things in places that they shouldn’t be. It was driving me to distraction.
Now that everything is in its rightful place, my mind, as well as my bedroom floor, is clutter free. Which has led me to have more

I knew that I had a fair amount of MAC goodness stashed away. Some are used on a daily basis, some are given very little attention. So now that I know exactly what I have and where it is, as a way to give it all the love that it deserves I came up with the idea for a new series “MAC Monday” what a genius I am! *sarcasm*
First up is a beloved product of mine. The Mineralize Skinfinish in Soft andGentle.
This is one of the products that I own from MAC that gets an almost daily outing. It is my go to highlight. MAC describe it as a ‘gilded peach bronze’ which at first glance I get too. On application, however, I find it to be a Champagne coloured highlight which looks peachy gold in certain lights.

Soft and gentle is super finely milled. It also contains an insane amount of glitter! So literally, the lightest of hand is needed when applying this bad boy.It will make you resemble Edward Cullen on a Summer’s day otherwise 😉
I reach for this highlighter more than any other that I own. I find it gives me the perfect, healthy glow. Whether I am having a really pale day or I have been hammering the St.moriz/Tropez a little bit too hard.
Its multi tonal-ness makes it wearable for most skin tones. To demonstrate that I tanned up one of my hands and did a bit of a comparison…
Left- Applied on tanned skin and Right- Applied on pale skin
So with that, I will be off to tan up the rest of my body to match my left hand! ;p

I also wear this everyday. Love this color, I think it's the best for everyday wear too, such a subtle pretty highlighter.
I have several more of the MAC Mineralize Skinfinish but I can't remember the names off the top of my head because I always just wear soft and gentle.

@Claire Yeah I know the feeling I'm on an unofficial ban at the moment aswell, Vivo cosmetics do similar ones that are really good and really cheap if you live near a Tesco but soft and gentle is a permanent product so at least you know you will be able to get it unlike some of the msf's 🙂
